Kettlebell Sport
Kettlebell Sport challenges athletes in endurance-driven events such as snatch, long cycle, and jerk. Competitors must demonstrate strength, cardiovascular capacity, pacing strategy, and technical efficiency while maintaining continuous movement for extended periods. This discipline rewards both power and stamina.

Mas Wrestling
Mas Wrestling is a traditional combat strength sport where two athletes compete seated, gripping a shared stick, attempting to pull the opponent over a board or cause them to lose grip. This sport tests back strength, grip dominance, explosiveness, and strategy in a fast, crowd-pleasing format.

Strict Curl
The Strict Curl is one of the purest tests of upper-body strength. Competitors curl a loaded barbell against the wall with strict rules enforced to eliminate momentum and isolate biceps power. This explosive specialty event has become a fan favorite due to its simplicity, intensity, and record-breaking potential.

Bodybuilding
Bodybuilding is the core of the Mr. America legacy.
This division highlights the ultimate blend of strength, aesthetics, discipline, and natural conditioning. Competitors step on stage to display symmetry, muscle development, proportion, and confident presentation through mandatory poses and personalized routines. With divisions for men, women, and juniors — including the prestigious Mr. America and Ms. America titles — bodybuilding remains one of the most anticipated and competitive events of the entire festival.

Strongman
The Strongman competition brings raw power and grit to the Mr. America stage. Athletes face iconic tests such as atlas stones, deadlifts, carries, presses, and max-effort strength challenges. This sport showcases absolute strength, explosive power, stamina, and determination as competitors push their limits against massive implements and head-to-head challenges.

Powerlifting
Powerlifters compete in the three foundational tests of pure strength: squat, bench press, and deadlift. Each lift demonstrates maximum power output and technical mastery. Judged on form, depth, and control, athletes pursue personal records and overall totals that define the strongest natural lifters in the nation.

Olympic Weightlifting
The Olympic Lifting division features the two dynamic lifts of the sport: the snatch and clean & jerk. Athletes must combine precision, explosive power, flexibility, and speed in a showcase of technical excellence. Each lift is a demonstration of control under pressure and elite athleticism.
